Product selection
The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store's products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button of the basket, you will find the products placed in the basket during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.
Sending the order
If you think the amount of products in the basket is adequate, you have checked the total and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click on the "Checkout" button. In our store, you can also shop without registration, so you can choose from three options:
· do you want to log in as an already registered customer?
· you want to register as a new customer
· you might want to buy without registration
If you have already made a purchase in our store, please enter the e-mail address and password you entered during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and you only have to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.In the next step, choose the shipping method that suits you:
· Home delivery (with GLS courier service)
· personal collection in our store (at a pre-arranged time)
After that, you must choose a payment method that suits you:
· bank transfer - (when placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail that your order is in "pending status", as soon as the transferred amount arrives in our bank account, we will activate your order and provide you with all necessary additional information by e-mail)
· Paypal payment - (bank card online payment method through the secure Paypal system)
If you agree with the content of the order, click the "Order" button to send the order. The user acknowledges that the order creates a payment obligation.
Prices
Our prices are list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the online store. The prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.
Confirmation
We send e-mail feedback on all orders. This means that after placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery time. In the case of a phone consultation, call customer service or any of the phone numbers in the e-mail.
Payment Terms
In our store, it is possible to pay by bank transfer, bank card, personal payment, and cash on delivery. In the case of the latter, the entire purchase price together with delivery costs must be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the shipment.
Transport
Shipments are delivered and delivered by the GLS courier service. The delivery time of the product is explained by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You can contact the phone number in the confirmation e-mail to discuss the delivery date.
Shipping fees:
Our delivery fees are uniform in Hungary. Our additional shipping costs vary from country to country, delivery is only possible to EU member states.
Cancellation of delivery
If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age.
Returning the product
We will only take back the product in its original condition and packaging, in perfect quantity and quality.
Right of withdrawal/ Return Guarantee
Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as Regulation 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. (II.26.) Pursuant to the regulations of the Government Decree, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product and may return the ordered product at his own expense. In the absence of this information, the Consumer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal for up to 1 year. If the Service Provider provides the information after the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or the conclusion of the contract, but within 12 months, the deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the date of communication of this information.
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. In such a case, Majidi Ltd. will refund the purchase price of the purchased product to you within thirty days of the return of the product at the latest, but only if the product is returned to us in complete, unopened packaging. The amount of the refund does not include the shipping fee or the possible cost of return.
The cost of returning the product must be borne by the consumer, the company does not undertake to bear this cost.
The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal if the product was manufactured separately from his order.
The consumer must make his declaration of withdrawal in writing within 14 days.

Ownership clause The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the purchase price. In the case of wrong, unaccepted orders, the product is taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner, and after the new, successful sale, the new owner will be paid the consideration!
Modifying or canceling an order
CVIII of 2001. in accordance with the law, when the order is placed, the software of the seller's online store immediately sends a notification to the customer about the fact that the order has been placed. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely informs the customer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the seller's competent employee.
If the buyer does not receive this within 48 hours, the buyer's obligation to make an offer will cease.
The seller gives the customer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the fulfillment of the order begins. When the order begins to be fulfilled, the customer receives an e-mail notification of the expected duration of the fulfillment and the fact that the fulfillment has begun, it is only possible to cancel the order in person or through one of the contacts found under the "Customer service" or "Contacts" menu items
Subsequent changes to the order can only be made in writing by e-mail.
Handling of complaints:
The goal of Majidi Ltd. is to fulfill its orders with adequate quality and complete satisfaction of the customer. If the User still has any complaints regarding the contract or its performance, he can communicate his complaint to the above e-mail address.
The Service examines the written complaint within 30 days and responds in writing. . The record of the complaint and a copy of the response will be kept by the Service Provider for 1 year and presented to the inspection authorities upon request. He shall justify his position rejecting the complaint in writing.
Majidi Ltd. examines the verbal complaint immediately and remedies it as necessary. If the customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, or the immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Service Provider will immediately record the complaint and its position on it, and hand over a copy of it to the customer.

The conciliation board is responsible for settling consumer disputes outside of court proceedings. The task of the conciliation board is to attempt to reach an agreement between the parties for the purpose of settling the consumer dispute, and in the event of this being unsuccessful, it makes a decision on the matter in order to ensure simple, fast, efficient and cost-saving enforcement of consumer rights. At the request of the consumer or the Service Provider, the conciliation board provides advice on the rights and obligations of the consumer.
In the event of a cross-border consumer dispute related to an online sales or online service contract, the procedure is solely the responsibility of the conciliation body operating under the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The service provider has an obligation to cooperate with the conciliation board procedure. As part of this, you must send your response to the conciliation board and ensure the participation of the person authorized to establish a settlement at the hearing. If the company's seat or location is not registered in the county of the chamber that operates the territorially competent conciliation body, the company's obligation to cooperate extends to offering the possibility of concluding a written agreement that meets the consumer's needs.
In case of a complaint, the Consumer can use the EU online dispute resolution platform, the use of which requires a simple registration in the European Commission system. If the consumer does not turn to a conciliation body, or if the procedure does not lead to a result, the consumer has the opportunity to go to court in order to settle the legal dispute. The lawsuit must be initiated with a statement of claim, in which the following information must be stated:
- the trial court;
- the name, place of residence, and legal position of the parties and the representatives of the parties;
- presenting the right to be asserted, the facts on which it is based, and their evidence;
- the data from which the jurisdiction and competence of the court can be established;
- a definite request for the court's decision.
The document or a copy of the document whose content is referred to as evidence must be attached to the statement of claim.
Complaint handling due to product defect:
Wallpaper:
We do our best to make our wallpapers perfect, but sometimes mistakes happen. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is free of defects.
Before loading, it is necessary to check that the rolls are intact and that they have the same Batch number. It must be checked whether the pattern and colors match on the rolls.
Please keep all labels until the wallpapering is complete. In the event of a complaint, we will need your product label.
The wallpapering person must inspect the wallpaper after applying 3 strips, it is his responsibility to continue the work.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from installation. Complaints for more than 1 roll cannot be accepted for the error that resulted from loading.
If you find a defect, please return each defective roll with the label(s) to the place of purchase.
