Shipping Policies

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
  • Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable at delivery, our courier partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Exchange of Goods

For Products Available in Majidi Ltd'sCurrent Inventory:

If our Reseller Partner wishes to return and exchange a product that is available in our current inventory, we can offer a credit of 30% less than the original net purchase price listed on the invoice for the original product, to be applied towards the purchase price of the exchanged product. In this case, all incurred shipping and other costs will be borne by the Reseller Partner. The request for exchange must be submitted within 15 days of the actual delivery of the goods.

For Products Not Available in Majidi Ltd'sCurrent Inventory, Ordered Due to Reseller Partner’s Demand:

In this case, the exchange of the product is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched by the manufacturer, meaning that the shipment has not yet begun. Majidi Kft. will immediately forward such requests to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer makes the modification, the product exchange is possible. For an exchange involving a product not available in our inventory, we will notify our Reseller Partner in writing about the expected delivery. Upon written confirmation, we can proceed to order the exchange product. If the shipment has already started by the manufacturer, we cannot execute the exchange. The product will be delivered, and the Reseller Partner is obligated to accept it and settle the invoice amount according to the payment terms. We will not be able to accept further complaints.
