Claims process

Dear Customer,

If you experience a problem with the purchased product, you can download the "Product Claim Form" to be filled in as part of the claim process by clicking HERE.

Please note that if it is not possible to fill in the downloaded document digitally, please fill it in legibly in block letters after printing the document, and then send it to us in scanned form or with a photo with a phone (we only accept high-quality images) in the form of an e-mail message to the exportmajidikft@gmail.com address. importmajidikft@gmail.com.

 


 

When is wallpaper faulty and under what circumstances do we accept returns?

 

STEP 1:
Always inspect the purchased roll before you begin using it! For multiple rolls, please ensure that all rolls have the same LOT/BATCH number.

 

If you find any stains, streaks, or color differences (see photos), please contact us.

         
       

STEP 2:

To validate a complaint, the following are required:

  • Detailed information about the purchased product, and a precise description of the defect
  • The date and exact place of purchase (for online orders, the confirmation email sent to you if it is still available in your email account)
  • Photographic or video evidence of the defect, with images of the entire rolls (include all rolls in the photo with their labels if you have multiple rolls)
  • The label of the wallpaper roll for identification
  • If available, attach the invoice as well

 

Majidi Kft. reserves the right to inspect the submitted complaint and forward it to the product's manufacturer, who will review and assess the case. If the complaint is found to be justified, Majidi Kft. will either refund the purchase price or replace the defective product, depending on the customer's choice.

Replacement of goods:

If the product you purchased is found to be faulty upon inspection after the written warranty claim is submitted, Majidi Kft. will replace the product free of charge. If the wallpaper has already been applied to the wall and the defect was only noticed afterward, the warranty claim and replacement are only valid if:

  • A maximum of 3 strips, or 1 roll, has been cut and applied
  • Wallpapering was stopped immediately after noticing the defect
  • The Product Complaint Form, along with photos, was forwarded to one of Majidi Kft.'s email addresses
  • The manufacturer’s review confirms the validity of the claim
  • The unused rolls are returned in their original packaging and in good condition to one of Majidi Kft.’s warehouses or showrooms

 

To assess damages incurred during product delivery, please submit in writing:
 

  • A copy of the report prepared by the courier service
  • The completed Product Complaint Form
  • Photos providing evidence of the damage
